About us

After having spent many years in the city… and following up on a suggestion to stop by the two beautifully located cottages in Klampenborg, a cold winter's day where the splashes of foam against the Arne Jacobsen designed lifeguard-towers on Bellevue beach had transformed into the most beautiful ice sculptures - we were sold!

In the spring we became the happy leaseholders of the two small houses.

We are three chefs who have gained some experience from working at respectively Restaurant 1th, Søllerød kro and Dragsholm castle.
We hope to welcome you back to many lovely visits in the future.
